We are a team of mobile detailers based in San Antonio, we travel to homes, workplaces, and apartment complexes, bringing the cleaning service directly to you.

What services do you offer?

In addition to our standard interior and exterior detailing services, we provide specialized treatments such as pet hair removal, headlight restoration, engine bay wipe downs, baby seat cleaning, waxing (paste and spray), and steam odor removal. We also offer tailored services like UV protection for leather, upholstery shampooing, and deep cleaning of carpets, ensuring a thorough, professional clean that goes beyond traditional car washes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

What’s in the interior and exterior package?

Our complete detailing service is tailored to your vehicle’s specific needs. We provide a meticulous hand wash, tire dressing, plastic restoration, and cleaning of door jambs, the gas door, cup holders, windows, mirrors, vents, door panels, the steering wheel, dashboard, and pedals. The interior is vacuumed thoroughly, and UV protection is applied to surfaces. Headliner is gently spot cleaned. Shampooing is done as needed for carpets and upholstery, and leather surfaces are conditioned. We finish with a new car scent for that clean, fresh feeling.

How long does a full detail take?

A full detail typically takes around 3 to 4 hours, depending on the vehicle. If the seats have been shampooed, we recommend allowing extra time for them to dry properly.

What happens if it rains on my appointment day?

If it rains depending on the severity, we can adjust your service to an interior-only detail, keeping it convenient for your schedule. If you prefer to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate.

Do you offer same-day service?

While we do offer same-day service, it’s not always recommended due to our busy schedule. Same-day appointments may be difficult to accommodate, so we recommend scheduling in advance.

What other services do you offer?

We pride ourselves in being a full deep cleaning service, it should be noted that we do not specialize in services like clay barring, paint correction, or ceramic coatings. However, we do offer a thorough, meticulous clean that goes beyond traditional car washes. We work with more heavily soiled vehicles, ensuring your car, truck, or SUV gets the attention it needs.

Are there any hidden fees?

At Detailed by Cori, we pride ourselves on transparent pricing. However, there are a few additional charges to be aware of. If you’re located outside of San Antonio, a travel fee may apply depending on the location. Additionally, if an appointment is rescheduled without prior approval, a $40 deposit will be required to secure the next appointment, which will be applied to the total cost. As for our upcharges, they are designed to enhance your detailing experience but most are completely optional and can be found on our services page.

Why is there an additional charge for pet hair?

Pet hair removal can be time-consuming and requires specialized tools and techniques to ensure all hair is removed properly. Depending on the severity, this service can add hours to the detailing process. The charge reflects the time and effort needed to leave your vehicle looking its best.

Do I need to be present during the detail?

No, you don’t need to be present during the detail, but the keys must be available. We recommend someone stay nearby or be available for questions or concerns during the service.

Do you need access to water and electricity?

For most services, we typically use the customer's water and electricity. However, if your location does not have these resources we ask that you specify this during booking, as only some of our vehicles are equipped to handle this preparation.
